What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to TheTreasuredBasket.com. If your order is placed between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM PST it will be processed within one business day. If placed after 4:00 pm PST your order will be processed within two business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received by TheTreasuredBasket.com.

What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after TheTreasuredBasket.com receives your order. If you do not receive this message within two hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please e-mail us at

Can I cancel an order?
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at 909-982-3726. If your order has already been sent out for delivery we will be unable to cancel it.
 
Which credit cards are accepted?
TheTreasuredBasket.com accepts a variety of credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, and VISA.

When will my credit card be charged?
TheTreasuredBasket.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to TheTreasuredBasket.com .

What was the total charged to my credit card?
When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise as well as the shipping charge that is applicable. In addition to these costs, you will be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered to California. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail will include an itemized list of the charges. Any discounts or gift certificates that may have been applied will be reflected in the email you receive.

What if I forgot my password?
If you have already registered and do not remember your password, we can send it to you.

If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, or it is in any way damaged prior to receipt, it will be replaced. In some cases, we will offer a full refund or credit. Please contact our customer service department immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Deliveries to Businesses / Hospitals/ Hotels:
If you are sending a package to a business, please be aware that the delivery driver may deliver the product to a shipping and receiving department. Please let your recipient or someone at the business know that they should be receiving a perishable package. TheTreasuredBasket.com is not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.

Hospital Deliveries: Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hospital when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. Should you elect to ship to a hospital address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient's room, or gifts arriving after a patient has been dismissed.

Hotel Deliveries: Unless you are absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hotel when your gift arrives, consider having the gift shipped to recipient's home address. Should you elect to ship to a hotel address, please be advised that we assume no responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced, failure of the hotel staff to deliver the gift to the guest/recipient, or gifts arriving after a guest has checked out.

Returns:
Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department for our product return mailing address. If you would like to request a credit or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address including:

Substitution Policy:
In order to get your delivery there on time, we follow these important steps.
  1. If we are out of a particular product, i.e. a specific basket, plush, vase, etc., our basketeers may substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.
  2. We select the most creative basketeers to be on our team who professionally recreate our designs based on their creative interpretation. The look and feel of our products featured will remain the same, with our basketeers paying careful attention to overall shape, size and style combinations.
  3. Some items containing chocolate that are shipped between May and October will be substituted with a product of equal or greater value.
